What we collect

The request form asks for your name, a phone number or email address, and, depending on the request, the property address and a short note about the roof. You choose what to put in those fields. We also record which page you sent the request from, your browser's user agent, and a one-way scrambled form of your IP address that is used only to limit repeated automated submissions. We cannot recover your IP address from it.

What we do with it

Your request is stored in our website database and sent to our own inbox so we can reply to you about your roof. We use your details for that purpose. We do not sell them, and we do not add you to a marketing list.

Phone and email

If you call (865) 535-7771 or email hello@roofersofknoxville.com directly, those messages reach us through our phone and email providers in the ordinary way.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server request records needed to serve and protect the site.
