The Price Lock Guarantee
Two promises. Here is exactly what they cover.
The price
What it means. Someone gets on your roof and inspects it before anyone writes a number. What comes back is a written price with the scope and the materials named. That price is what you pay.
What it covers. Everything we price on your roof replacement, including decking replacement. We carry that risk, not you. If the deck turns out worse than it looked once the old roof is off, that is ours to absorb.
What it does not cover. Structural work below the roof deck. Rafters, trusses, framing. If we find something structural, we stop, show you the photographs, and price it separately. You decide before anything happens.
The only thing that moves the price is you. If you add or change scope after signing, the price changes to match, in writing, with your approval first.
The 14 working days
When the clock starts. Four things have to be true: your contract is signed, your deposit has cleared, your materials are available without supplier delay, and your permit is approved where one is required. We confirm your start date with you in writing. That is day one.
What a working day is. A day your roof can be installed safely and to specification. Rain, snow, ice on the deck and unsafe wind stop work, and those days do not count against the 14.
Cold does not stop us. Shingle manufacturers set no minimum installation temperature, and installing in cold weather does not affect your warranty. What changes is method, not whether we show up. When it is cold we hand seal the tabs rather than waiting on the sun to activate the adhesive strip, and we add fasteners through the common bond so nothing lifts before the sealant takes. If you have been told to wait until spring, that is a scheduling preference, not a requirement.
When the roof counts as finished. When the roof is complete. Cleanup and debris removal may still be in progress.
What pauses the count. An interruption by you, a delay waiting on an inspection, or structural damage outside our scope that has to be addressed first.
If we miss it. We pay you $500. One payment per contract, and it cannot be combined with any other discount or offer.
